Manufacturer of high performance metal, composite and ceramic composite components for defense and commercial applications is hiring a qualified quality inspector for 2nd Shift, positions will work Monday through Thursday 3pm-12am and 2pm- 10pm every other Friday.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Required Tasks)

· Perform and document required inspections

· Interpret results for product disposition

· Follow and maintain Nonconforming Product process and procedures

· Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspection on product

· Ensure that non-conforming product is properly identified and quarantined

· Use and understand QMS procedures, product specifications, product drawings and all information to perform inspections on manufactured products

· Ensure ERP has been updated with product and quality related information

· Assist with quality management system activities as directed

· Follow all safety rules and procedures

SKILL SET (Required Skills)

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Minimum two years manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Familiarity with Engineering documentation, including weld callouts, print tolerances and basic GD&T

· Possesses practical working knowledge of both mechanical and electronic measurement tools (micrometers, dial calipers)

· Able to operate all in-process and final inspection testing apparatus

The Electronic Repair Technician is responsible for the repair of all of product lines, including barcode scanners, data capture devices, printers, and wireless enterprise mobile devices.  Position requires a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of related experience and/or training.  Candidates should have experience using electronic testing equipment and tools, strong trouble shooting skills and smart phone and tablet repair experience.  Pay starts at $15/hr and shift hours at Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.
