Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the responsibility of the Human Resources Associate is to interact and build successful relationships with employees and management. Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various levels of open positions. Help ensure compliance with State and Federal employment regulations. Coordinate and facilitate training relevant to Operations for new and existing employees. Investigate, interview and make decisions on employee relations issues.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or management or related field or equivalent experience.
Solid knowledge of HR related laws, i.e. FMLA, COBRA, EEOC, ADA, etc.
2-5 years of HR employee relations experience.
Strong project management/organizational skills.
Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications required.
Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs required.
Training experience preferred.
Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Must be able to speak and write fluently in Spanish
