Electrical Assembler

Position Overview

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components, parts, and systems to support our solar mounting product lines. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, quality, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and mechanical assembly of parts and products according to work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety standards and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience a plus (not required)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
